Account & Ordering
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, guest checkout is available. However, having a Solinlix account offers advantages:
- Quicker checkout for future purchases.
- Easy access to your complete order history and tracking.
- Early access to new product drops, software/firmware updates, and special offers.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a secure link to reset it.
What if I entered the wrong email address during checkout?
Please contact our support team immediately at cs@solinlix.com to update your contact information. We can correct email and address details in our system, but we cannot modify an order once it's been submitted.
Important Tip: Always double-check your shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to failed deliveries.
Payment & Security
What currency do you use?
All charges are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you use a card in another currency, your bank will apply their exchange rate, which may differ from ours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We do not accept direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my payment information?
Your security is a top priority. All payment transactions are conducted over SSL-encrypted connections. Your full card details are handled securely by our certified payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Shipping
How do I change or cancel my order?
To cancel, please contact us immediately at cs@solinlix.com. A processing fee of $0.50 applies to all cancellations, as our payment processor charges this fee. Please note: orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel within 3 days of placing your order, provided it has not entered the fulfillment stage.
- Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 5 business days.
How do I enter my shipping address correctly?
Please use the English alphabet and standard English punctuation. For any non-English characters, please use the closest English equivalent (e.g., use "c" instead of "ç").
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a residential address to help avoid customs delays.
When will my order arrive?
Our delivery timeline is as follows:
- Processing Time: Within 3 business days for quality verification.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delays due to destination country customs are beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Use this link to monitor its progress.
Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
Product prices on our site do not include potential import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed by your local customs authorities upon arrival. We cannot cover these fees and are not responsible for any related delivery delays.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are as follows:

All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Discounts & Promotions
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unless otherwise specified, only one promotional or discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other active sales or promotions.

How do I start a return?
If you're not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receiving your item. Contact us at cs@solinlix.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items must be in original, like-new condition with all accessories, packaging, and protective films intact.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at cs@solinlix.com. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, DOA). For best verification, show the serial number and the device powered on if possible. We will resolve this promptly, often by sending a replacement without needing the original returned.
How long does the returns process take?
Once we receive your returned package, processing may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you via email once it's complete.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit cards, the refund is typically sent to your bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the return. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your bank's policies.
What if my order is missing an item?
If anything is missing from your shipment, please contact us right away at cs@solinlix.com with your order details for investigation.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty & Data Security
What does your warranty cover?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 90 days from delivery. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquid contact, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, normal battery degradation, or use with incompatible accessories/software. Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not covered.
What should I do before returning a device?
For your privacy, we strongly recommend you fully erase all personal data from any device before sending it back. Solinlix is not responsible for any personal data left on returned items.

We process orders Monday through Friday from our central warehouse.
- Processing Time: Within 3 business days for verification and quality checks.
