Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

To enable swift delivery and effective support, please verify that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Missing or incorrect information can cause delivery delays and make it difficult for us to assist you later.

RETURN POLICY

Returns for Change of Mind
If you are not fully satisfied with your Solinlix purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Unless the return results from a verified defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, is dead on arrival (DOA), or shows a manufacturing flaw, please contact our support team immediately. For fastest service, email cs@solinlix.com with your order number and attach clear photos or a video that demonstrates the issue. Ideal evidence shows the device powered on (if applicable), the serial number, and a close-up of the defect. Once verified, we will promptly arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet entered our fulfillment process, you can request a cancellation by emailing cs@solinlix.com with your order number. A standard cancellation processing fee of $0.50 applies to all canceled orders to cover payment gateway charges.

Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to recall the package. If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery when it arrives. Your refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued once the carrier confirms the return is in transit.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use of our 3C electronics. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, physical/electrical abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Natural degradation of batteries or other consumable parts over time.
  • Issues caused by using non-Solinlix accessories, software, or incompatible peripherals.
  • Products with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.

Data Security Notice: For your privacy, we strongly recommend that you completely erase all personal data from any device before returning it. Solinlix is not responsible for personal data left on returned items.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if the product is defective on arrival and a replacement is unavailable or undesired, or if delivery is not completed within 90 business days of ordering (for applicable regions).
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Reporting Issues: For damaged or defective items, please contact cs@solinlix.com with your order number and supporting evidence for the quickest resolution.

ORDER TIMELINES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Cancellation Window:  You may cancel within 3 days of placing your order, provided it has not entered the fulfillment stage.
  • Cancellation Processing Time: Up to 5 business days.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: If a return is initiated by the customer for reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears all return shipping costs. Returns due to Solinlix error or confirmed defects will have return shipping prepaid or reimbursed by us.
